Process

In the initial stages of the Festina project, I understood the e-commerce company's audience and values. Through iterative design iterations and feedback loops, I refined my concepts to ensure alignment with Festina's brand identity.

I started with the research process. I saw many improvements such as; accessibility, usability, and consistency.

On the other hand, I conducted a benchmarking process to identify the users' needs regarding the Festina products.

Outcome

Finally, I put all my attention on improving the user navigation inside the website and reducing the steps to get a product. I created wireframes and responsive high-fidelity prototypes to solve the issues for each screen. Focus on usability and accessibility, and ensure the design is intuitive and easy to navigate.
